Instructions
- Place a cup (or preferred amount) of pork green chile in a small pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and make an area for where you gonna crack the egg in the middle of the pan.
- Crack the egg and spoon over some of the hot green chile sauce over the white near the yolk.
- Cover for ~ 3-4 minutes or until egg whites are cooked through or cook around 10 minutes uncovered if you still want the yolk to be vibrant yellow/orange.
