Trying to save time? Top this tuna, bean, and radicchio salad with fresh chopped dill and Parmesan cheese instead of making the pesto OR buy a pre-made pesto from the grocery store.
You can also omit the pesto and just add some fresh herbs and olive oil if you don't have the time or ingredients.
Vegetarians can omit the tuna and add quorn, extra Parmesan cheese or crumbled feta cheese.
Don't like radicchio? Use your favorite lettuce variety instead.
Use a mortar and pestle, blender, or chop the ingredients very finely if you don't have a food processor for the dill pesto.
