Ingredients
- 2 ounces cooked spaghetti
- 1 egg, cooked as desired
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp chèvre / goat cheese, crumbled
- olive oil to taste
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti or warm up leftover spaghetti and toss with a wee bit of olive oil.
- Crumble the goat cheese on the warm spaghetti.
- Fry or poach an egg and place on top of spaghetti and goat cheese crumbles.
- Top with fresh basil.
Notes
Want to take your spaghetti game up a notch. Pan fry it in a non-stick pan until some of it is crispy. It gives it a different texture and taste and might need a little more olive oil when crunchy.
