This easy broccoli side dish recipe is cooked in boiling water, strained, and tossed with Sriracha, gluten free tamari (soy sauce), toasted sesame oil, and topped with roasted cashews.
Don't like spicy food? Leave out the Sriracha sauce from this stellar and easy broccoli side dish.
This recipe uses the softer stems near the top of the broccoli in addition to the florets. One of my friends calls them "Broccoli Chips or Broccoli Coins".
Broccoli stems are tasty and just need to be cooked a minute or two longer. Waste not, want not.
