Easy Cole Slaw Dip

This simple and easy cole slaw dip recipe is delicious eaten with tortilla chips as a dip or on tacos as a garnish. Spoiler alert: it tastes even better after a couple of days in the fridge!

This cabbage slaw recipe was used with a pre-made cabbage mix to make it even easier.

INGREDIENTS

- cole slaw mix - lime - olive oil - black pepper - jalapeno

Place all ingredients (except jalapeños and cilantro) in a bowl and mix.

This is best if you can let it sit for a couple hours and is good for a couple days. I think it's best at ~ 1-2 days but it hardly stays around this house that long.

Garnish with cilantro and jalapeños. Serve with tortilla chips or on your tacos. Happy Eating!

Speed up the process of the cabbage wilting with salt by leaving it on the counter for ~ 30 minutes and stirring randomly.

Notes

Grab 2 limes if they are small or if your lime doesn't yield much juice.
