- Brussels sprouts - Olive oil - Balsamic vinegar - Almonds - Salt - Black pepper

Bring a large pan to medium heat and add olive oil.

Cook covered (stirring occasionally if needed) ~ 6 minutes.

Cook 5-6 minutes, fairly undisturbed so that caramelization begins.
