INGREDIENTS
- olive oil - turkey kielbasa - onion - red pepper - zucchini

Bring a 12" skillet to medium high heat and add enough olive oil to lightly coat the pan.

Sear sliced kielbasa on one side for ~3 minutes or until lightly browned. Don't overcrowd the pan or the kielbasa will steam and not sear.

Flip kielbasa to other side and sear for an additional 2-3 minutes or until browned. Set kielbasa aside on a plate.

In the same pan, add another light layer of olive oil. When hot, add onions, peppers, zucchini, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Add more olive oil if pan is drying out.
