Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce with Soy

This peanut butter dipping sauce recipe is made with soy sauce, fresh lime juice, ginger, and brown sugar. Peanut dipping sauce is easy to make and a a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce / tamari - regular or gluten free
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (or sub rice vinegar)
  • 2 Tbsp warm water

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. 
  • Add more water to desired consistency.  Add salt to taste.
  • Serve with veggies or over salads, meats, rice, etc... 

Notes

  • Store in refrigerator for ~ 1 week but add a little more water or lime juice as it will thicken up.
  • Make it gluten free by using gluten free soy sauce.
