Heat the cleaned grill to medium high (~400F). Oil the grates. Toss the veggies in some oil and season with sea salt, pepper, and favorite spices or vinegars.
Skewer little veggies (stainless steel or soak bamboo ones) like tomatoes, okra, mushrooms, any chunks of veggies that could fall through the grates. You can also use a grill grate basket. Grill ~ 5-10 minutes depending on the veggie, flipping once (or two or three times - i.e. -corn). Happy Grilling! Beckie
