Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 8 medium tortillas
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 orange pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaves

Instructions

  • Bring a large pan to medium high heat and add the ground beef and all seasonings (salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano).  Cook until browned and set aside (~ 7-10 minutes).  Drain excess fat if needed.  Add salt to taste.
  • Spoon some beef into a warmed up tortilla, add cheese, guacamole, tomato, pepper, radishes, cilantro.  Happy Taco Eating!

Notes

  • Warm tortillas are pliable and hold more fillings. Warm up the tortillas in a dry pan on the stovetop over medium high heat until soft and pliable or place in microwave on a lower setting for 15-20 seconds.
