Fresh and popping for summer salmon season! Lemon juice, dill, and salmon is a classic recipe combo for fish. This dish also makes for an easy and fast dinner.
Lay salmon (skin side DOWN) in a lightly oiled baking pan or sheet. Drizzle fish evenly with lemon juice and sea salt. Add one pat of butter per piece. Add 2 pieces of lemon per fish and sprinkle on dill.
Bake uncovered ~ 13-16 minutes or until fish is flaky.
