Easy Salami Appetizer With Pickles

Cornichons  or little pickles are wrapped in salami with or without arugula.  Easiest appetizer recipe ever, super crunchy, and people love 'em.

Instructions

  • Lay out salami slices in a single layer.  
  • Add a couple pieces of arugula and one cornichon per salami slice.    
  • Roll up salami and stick a toothpick in it.
  • Take to a picnic or potluck.  You will be loved.  Happy Eating!  Beckie

Notes

  • Like mustard?  Lay it out as a dip or slather a little bit on each piece of salami before adding arugula or cornichon.
  • Arugula being a pain in the butt?  Skip it!
  • Can't find cornichons?  Use small pickles or cut larger pickles in quarters.
