Ingredients

18 pieces of sliced salami
1 1/2 cup arugula
18 cornichons or very small pickles
18 toothpicks

Instructions

Lay out salami slices in a single layer.
Add a couple pieces of arugula and one cornichon per salami slice.
Roll up salami and stick a toothpick in it.
