Cornichons (little pickles) wrapped in salami w/ arugula.  Easiest appetizer recipe ever, super crunchy, and people love ’em.  Get some toothpicks ready.  Take ’em to the beach.  Take ’em to the mountains.  Add a smear of sharp mustard if you got it.

  • Lay out salami in a single layer.  Add a couple pieces of arugula and one cornichon per salami piece.    Roll it up and stick a toothpick in it.
