Easiest recipe: Boil pasta, fry an egg, top with goat cheese (chèvre), garnish with basil. Add a little olive oil. Add some Parmesan cheese too if you got it!
Cook spaghetti or warm up leftover spaghetti and toss with a wee bit of olive oil.
Crumble the goat cheese on the warm spaghetti.
Fry or poach an egg and place on top of spaghetti and goat cheese crumbles.
Top with fresh basil.
Notes
Want to take your spaghetti game up a notch. Pan fry it in a non-stick pan until some of it is crispy. It gives it a different texture and taste and might need a little more olive oil when crunchy.
