Spaghetti, Olive Oil, Chevre, Basil, Cracked Egg….
Breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Make this recipe a go to for busy nights. Boil some spaghetti, fry an egg, top with chevre, garnish with basil. Add a little olive oil.
- 2 ounces cooked spaghetti
- 1 egg, cooked as desired
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp chevre, crumbled
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
