Leaving okra whole minimizes the gooey innards that turn so many people off. Add any favorite herbs or spices to this okra recipe or leave it classic & grill with olive oil, salt, & pepper.

- 1 1/2 lb whole okra
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- pinch black pepper
- Heat a grill to medium high to high heat (~425F)
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Skewer the okra. Put on grill, cover, cook ~ 2-3 minutes per side or until grill marks appear. Happy Okra Eating! Beckie
Don’t have a grill? Roast uncovered (no skewers) on an aluminum lined baking sheet ~ 12-15 minutes, turning once.
