The keto diet is a high fat, low carb diet. No beans, no fruit. Lots of meats, vegetables, and healthy oils and fats.
I'm no expert in the keto diet, but as a personal chef and former brick and mortar food business owner, I saw a lot of requests and developed many keto recipes for people exploring the keto diet.
If you see a recipe on here with bbq sauce or any condiment, please double check your label to make sure it complies with keto rules. These condiments will generally have a "keto friendly" label.
