Gluten Free Recipes

Gluten has been vilified for a long time. Is it fair? Who knows. But the fact is that food can be absolutely delicious without gluten.
My favorite gluten free recipes are my best recipes, period! They are not missing anything without gluten. Dive into gluten free cooking and don't look back.
Lots of times, there can be subtle changes in a recipe to make it a gluten free recipe. For example:
- Switch out soy sauce with gluten free soy sauce (AKA tamari)
- Buy a gluten free Worcestershire Sauce
- Use a rice, quinoa, or bean based pasta or switch out the pasta to just rice or leave out the grain altogether. I love the Sausage and Kale Ragout with no grain.
- Substitute a gluten free flour alternative for customary wheat flour.
- Switch from flour tortillas to corn tortillas.
