Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb chicken breast or tenders
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon zested and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly oil parchment paper
- Zest lemon and set zest aside. Slice lemon after it's zested.
