I’m not much of a baker, but my man loves to bake. Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day has some super simple bread recipes. Although it is not really 5 minutes (it takes me that long to clean up the flour mess), it is relatively simple and you can keep the dough in your refrigerator for a couple weeks – the dough is like wine and gets better with some age.
We ate little Brotchen (little German rolls) this morning for breakfast and are using the same dough (albeit with a different cooking method or dusting flour) for pizza this weekend.
