Chicken Soup w/ Egg Noodles
Chicken soup is comforting, versatile, and easy to make because of the few ingredients in the recipe. Gluten free? Add wild rice ( ~ 1 1/2 cups cooked) or brown rice noodles instead of egg noodles. Check out my chicken bone broth recipe if you want to “give a go” at making your own broth.

- Add broth to large pot. Add carrots & celery and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer ~8-10 minutes or until veggies are soft.
- Add noodles and cook ~ 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until noodles are almost done. Add chicken and peas. Cook ~ 3-5 minutes or until hot. Add salt to taste. Happy Eating! Beckie
TIP: Soups are versatile. Throw in what you want or are trying to get rid of from your fridge. I love a little fresh tomato, cilantro, and avocado in my chicken soup 🙂
