Horseradish Sour Cream Sauce

Horseradish & Sour Cream| EatSimpleFood.com

Sour Cream is one of my favorite condiments.  Add a little spicy horseradish, lemon juice, and salt and you’ve got an easy horseradish cream recipe that you can put on meats and vegetables.  This pairs perfect with a beef tenderloin, prime rib or roasted potatoes.  The sauce intensifies in flavor as it sits so make at least a couple hours ahead of time and refrigerate.  Good for ~ 1 1/2 weeks in refrigerator.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.  Add more horseradish, lemon juice, or salt to taste.  Refrigerate 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.  Happy dippin’!  Beckie

Notes

Some prepared horseradishes are hot, some are not.  Add horseradish to taste and remember that it will probably get hotter as it sits.
