Horseradish Sour Cream Sauce
Sour Cream is one of my favorite condiments. Add a little spicy horseradish, lemon juice, and salt and you’ve got an easy horseradish cream recipe that you can put on meats and vegetables. This pairs perfect with a beef tenderloin, prime rib or roasted potatoes. The sauce intensifies in flavor as it sits so make at least a couple hours ahead of time and refrigerate. Good for ~ 1 1/2 weeks in refrigerator.

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Some prepared horseradishes are hot, some are not. Add horseradish to taste and remember that it will probably get hotter as it sits.
