Living on the Atlantic coast makes fish and seafood one of the primary, fresh and sustainable ingredients available.  And what an abundance of deliciousness!

Living in Charleston has serious fresh shrimp advantages.  My favorite seafood is shrimp and I love creating, testing, and tasting shrimp recipes.  Check out these shrimp recipes:
