Low Carb Recipes

In general, a low-carb diet and low carb recipes focus on proteins, including meat, poultry, fish and eggs, and some non-starchy vegetables.

A low carbohydrate diet generally excludes or limits most grains, legumes, fruits, breads, sweets, pastas and starchy vegetables, and sometimes nuts and seeds.

Here's some of my favorite low carb recipes:

  • Mushroom Pot Roast with Gravy (no flour)
  • Dry Rubbed Chicken Leg Quarters - thighs and drums
  • Cold Shrimp Salad - The Bomb!
  • Pork Chops with Tomato and Ginger Chutney - so much flavor!
