Delicious grilled peaches are versatile and can be served with grilled meats and seafood. Serve with Amberjack en Papillote or add a grilled peach to your favorite summer salad.

Grilled peaches are also an easy and fast dessert if you add a cinnamon, sugar, a dollop of ice cream or yogurt, chopped nuts, or a sprig of fresh mint.
