Ingredients
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled or unpeeled & thinly sliced
- ½ cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon e.v. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
