This easy pan fried, buttery, and fluffy gnocchi recipe tastes so good with savory Italian ground sausage, hearty kale (or spinach), and garnished with Parmesan cheese.
Sausage and pasta - doesn't get much better! Use my easy homemade Gnocchi recipe or buy some from the store and make your life and dinner a little easier.
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for some tang or add some chili pepper flakes for heat if you like.
This gnocchi with Italian sausage and kale recipe does not have a sauce. Want it saucy? Add a little broth, milk, or heavy whipping cream at the end.
Gnocchi not browning? Turn up the heat and / or add a little more butter. Butter burns easy so this should take care of it.
Gnocchi too brown? Remove / turn down heat and add some oil instead of butter (if needed).
