Easy Roasted Asparagus with Feta Cheese

This asparagus with feta cheese recipe will easily become a simple and fast favorite side dish.

Cook Asparagus in The Oven

Preheat the oven to 425F (a standard for most veggies).

Toss asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper and lay out in a single layer on a sheet pan. Add favorite spices or herbs if desired.

Roast asparagus on a baking sheet uncovered for 8-13 minutes (depends on how thick or thin the asparagus is) or until crispy and tender.

Top hot asparagus with fresh feta cheese. Easy side dish is done!

Serving Suggestion

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch (~ 1 lb) asparagus, tough ends cut or snapped off
  • 1 ½ Tbsp e.v. olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • On a sheet pan - toss asparagus with olive oil and a touch of salt and pepper.
  • Cook 8-12 minutes depending on thinness / thickness.  Asparagus are done when desired tenderness and when they start to crisp up and brown.
