Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 18 basil leaves
- ½ cup crumbled chèvre / goat cheese
- e.v. olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Lay down tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle of salt and pepper. Add chevre and a basil leaf to each tomato slice. Top with a basil leaf on each slice.
