Ingredients
- ⅔ oz mint leaves (this is the size of most packaged mint containers), stems removed & sliced
- ⅓ cup (~ 1.5 oz) whole almonds, chopped
- ½ an orange, zested
- 1 tsp garlic, finely minced or smashed
- dash of olive oil to your liking
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
