Paleo Recipes
Paleo is basically the cave man diet - lots of protein like chicken and beef, but no carbohydrates like grains and other starches.
I'm no paleo diet expert but have spent many years developing recipes and diets for my clients and customers as a personal chef and recipe development advisor.
These paleo recipes will keep you on your diet if that's what you're shooting for. Paleo is not hard. Just stick to meats and veggies for the most part.
